Log Line:
Unkown guy dying leaves cryptic message to passerby before
said passerby is shot at by official looking men.

Brief Synopsis:
A man lays dying next to a dumpster. Another man comes
over to help. The dying man asks him to find a woman,
call a specific number, and mention a secret word. He
begs the man to take this information and come back for
him. The other man is very confused and continues to attempt
to call the police when two officials run into the alley
and shoot at him. This starts an exciting chase scene
wherein the guy finally hides by ducking into a deli.
